I have 2 x 135 topup contracts with Vodacom for my 2 sons - for the past 2 months I have been trying to change the one contract from my account to my one son'S ACCOUNT (AS HE CAN NOW AFFORD A CONTRACT) while keeping the other account of my son who still studying on my account. SOUND DIFFICULT?? Well Vodacom pass the buck from accounts to the shop to customer care & nothing gets done - except to now put both accounts on my son's name instead of just transferring ownership of his account to him & keeping one on my account!!! Well, sorry to say I just lost it this morning!!!
