WILL NOT PAY DOWNGRADE FEE THAT WAS NOT ADVISED!

I did a downgrade with Jeetendra Chiba who kept repeating that the calls are recorded! So glad that he did cos I want to hear my call! I refused the phone as it was not delievered on time and took out a tablet at R309 a month which I have not used at all! Jeetendra tells me that I prob went over my 2G of data thats why my bill is so high! I called the acc's dep and the lady said that Im being charged R750 for a downgrade fee which I WAS NOT advised of or I WOULD NOT have done a downgrade because i dont have money to waste! I want that call to be pulled and she advised me that If he did not mention it in the call, a credit needs to be done. Irrespective I WILL NOT pay this, I will ensure that what is due to MTN will be paid but not this R750 for a downgarde fee. I WISH I DID NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT. I HAVE 3 WITH MTN AND TRUST ME, I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THEM WHEN MY CONTRACTS ARE UP. I WILL GET MY SISTER WHOM IS A LAWYER INVOLVED AS YOU CANNOT HOLD ME TO THIS R750.
