Afternoon,
Never before have i ever experienced such bad service from a service provider. I applied for an additional contract and sent my forms through to the corporate division on the 07/03/2013. Eventually after calling the department over and over again i finally received my phone on Friday 15/03/2013. Only to discover that the contract i signed for was for a 16gig phone and i was sent a 8 gig phone. after advising the relevant corporate department yesterday the 18/03/2013. I was then told that the warehouse where the phone comes from is in joburg and they don't know what to do. This is simple. The phone was advertised as a 16gig.i signed a contract for a 16gig give me my 16gig. To sent the incorrect phone is false advertising. I then also sent though my upgrade forms on Friday for the same phone. One suggestion was to include a 8gig memory card i am not happy with this as it changes the capabilities of the phone i have signed the contract for.
i have not heard from Selga today even though she promised to call me in the morning.
MTN are not client centric. They are not worried about the customer experience.
