No idea!

My phone was on the 10th of November and luckily I had already placed my order for the iPhone 5 16Gig on the 7th of November. I called FNB on the Monday after my phone was to enquire about my iPhone as I was becoming desperate due to no longer having a phone. They told me it was ordered and hadn't yet left for the courier. I called this Monday, the 18th, to enquire again and a gentleman proceeded to tell me that they no longer have stock of the 16gig and will not be getting any. I then told him I would change to the 64gig so he put me through to the sales dept. The lady then proceeded to tell me that they did in fact have 16gig but no 64gig, which was my initial order. She told me she would find out from her manager and come back to me to be 100%. I then got a call from someone else yesterday saying that there were no iPhones at all and I would need to choose a different device. I then got another call while I was choosing the new device online and the lady told me that they did in fact have 16gig iPhones so my order would be placed for that. Which is what I wanted in THE BEGINNING!!! Now I must wait ANOTHER 10-15 days for the thing! Come on!!! This is not on FNB!
