A week ago I ordered a iPad 16Gig on line from FNB. The next day a lady phoned me to take my application because I sent an SMS aswel. I informed the lady they must cancel the 16Gig and apply for a 32Gig. She assured me the 16Gig was cancelled and ordered a 32Gig. A couple of days ago I received a call from the courier company who wanted to deliver a 16Gig iPad. I informed them it was cancelled. Again I phoned FNB and reported this, where they confirmed I must tell the courier company to cancel the 16Gig. This morning (a week after application) I received an SMS from FNB that says I already have a device and they cant give me another one.

It's a week after my application and the order isn't finalised and I don't have a device.
