ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE FROM NASHUA MOBILE GATEWAY MALL DURBAN.
My Mother and family went there to get a phone (blackberry) for my little brother as he is a grade 9 student currently studying at pinetown boys and a brilliant student he is however he needs constant access to the Internet. a Indian lady suggested a deal with a Enotebook and we took it. she told me and my mother i that i was to come back and pick up today Tuesday 19th March 2013 as the deal was concluded on Saturday 16th March 2013. my mother wrote a letter of authority and left a copy of her ID with her as per the procedure and i brought mine when i came to collect the phone as per the procedure according to the consultant.
when i arrive I'm told the package hasn't arrived, there was no follow up done and to top it off as a unhappy client, the consultant over the phone says she don't care we can cancel the deal if we want, those words also came from the MANAGER might i add. the least they could have done is enquired about the courier and went the extra mile instead the encouraged us to cancel the deal. my mother and i are appalled by this especially since mom has 2 other deals with the same company. Disgusting.
