BIS NOT WORKING

I received the messages from MTN that the blackberry internet services will now be limited to 200mb a month. Fine. I received the message that BIS will not be cancelled. Also fine. What is not fine is that I've been trying to reactivate my BIS for 2 days and I keep getting the message that "The system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in 15 minutes." Lo and behold, in 15 minutes, I GET THE SAME MESSAGE!!!
