I appled for a contract during the week and recieved my phones today :) however i was instructed to call 084 145 to activate my sim cards, and for one of them i am porting my number as well.
I do not know anyone with a cell c phone so i called from my currently MTN phone and used up all my airtime and tried twice again from a land line which i get billed for.
I used up all my airtime as i was holding for 15 min with no responce (itried twice from my cell) and then both times on the land line i held on for over 10 mins. WITH NO RESPONCE
i even emailed the customer service to ask them to contact me as I CAN NOT AFFORD to spend such a massive amount calling to activate my contract,
basically i want to; Activate both contracts, arrange that my number is ported, and discuss the first debit order as discussed with me when taking the contract.
