On the 19th of December 2012 my cell phone was and I had to get a new sim card.
I went to the MTN store in Boulders Midrand. Where I paid for a new sim card.
I have recently found out that I pay for sim cover and should not have paid for the replacement sim card. I was not told this by the call centre when I stopped my phone nor MTN Boulders when I went to get a new sim.
I would like a refund on this amount as per the transaction that went through my debt card
I was told by Cecilia that I should just reply to her mail with all the details and she would sort it out for me.
I mailed her on the 13th and to date have not received any response after sending the same mail 3 to 4 times since then.
Why does it seem that I only get action out of MTN when I complain on Hello Peter.
I have been a customer for over 14 years and the service is not getting any better. Makes me wonder why I still continue to battle with MTN.
Just give me my refund please!!!
