The Manager at game boulders was rude to me. Very rude. I bought some power tools and paid with a game card and he said "credit card is now rampant" and that "these people are full of " He then made me to sign my own signature three times after he collected my driver's license, and my other bank cards that had my name on them.
The name of the cashier i paid through is Kekeletso after which she took the card and purchase slip to the bad mannered manager.
This is abuse and is unacceptable. the fact that there is card does not make everyone shopping with a card a and "full of ". His use of the word "these people" also has a slant as "these people" obviously must be some African group. He must explain this bad attitude.
This is not walmart standard of customer service by any means.
