BOUGHT A NEW PHONE AND IT WAS DAMAGED

I bought Nokia Lumia 920 on 20/12/2012. I statered using the phone on the 22/12/2012 because I ported my MTN number to Vodacom. The phone was on and off because of the network, It would be fine for about 2 hours and I had to take out the sim card and put it back again for it to be working. On the 22/12/2012 I went to Vodacom shop in East London to report the problem, they suggested that I must go back to where I bought the phone. I could not come back because I was in Eastern Cape for holidays. On the 7/01/2013 I went to Vodacom Boulders to show them that the phone was out of service and it did the same thing since I bought it. They took out the sim card and inserted it again. The phone was ok for about 15 minutes when i got home it was out of service again. I came back the following day and the. Manager suggested to take the phone for repairs and I did not agree. The Store Manger (Thami) called me on the 9/01/2013 to tell me that they are sending the phone for repairs. I told him that I dont want a repaired phone because the phone was out of service since the day I bought it. I thenescaleted the matter to Liezet who is dealing with the store and she did not assist me.
