Just a quick thanks to the staff at the Boulders branch in Midrand. i recently went in to get one of them SIM card things and, despite some sort of system problem, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite and eager to assist.
if all Companies created an environment that makes the staff as happy and dedicated as you clearly do there probably would not be so many people complaining in this world!
