Terrible service

I cannot believe what a nightmare it is dealing with this company! I have been spoken to like a worthless animal. I am a paying customer and what the staff seems to forget is that I pay a portion of their salaries.

It is impossible to get an answer out of anyone, or even to get put through to the person you have asked to speak to. When you ask a question the "champ" goes dead quiet. I think that all the staff need to go for customer service training!!!

I am disgusted by the service!

As soon as my problem is sorted out I will be cancelling my contract!
