Terrible response to problems experienced by use

Ecently i have not been receiving my v rewards and free sms's. i called 123 customer care and reported the problem for the whole of last week and today included. each time i was asked to wait 24 hours to get the problem sorted out and to date absolutely nothing has been done to sort out the issue. Each time i call i have to clear their security questions (each time with a new "champ" mind you., explain the problem again and then quess what i have to wait 24 hours to get a solution which never arrives .the champs i am convinced are absolutely useless. please virgin mobile get your act together . have someone dedicated to a caller problem with a reference so that we can follow up with a solution each time instead of me the user, client having to reach dead ends each time i call for a solution.you guys are hopeless
