This is my second complaint regarding the pathetic data speeds in Ladysmith, KZN. On my first complaint there was a quick response from Cell C requesting that I email them answers to a few questions, which I did within minutes. Its been over a week with no response. I had to go out of town to use a bit of the Prepaid Data I purchased.
I am sick and tired of complaining to you guys as its very obvious you really dont care! Please give me someones direct line or call me, I would like a refund on the unused data!!
