Cancelling a contract is impossible

I have tried on numerous occasions to speak to Virgin Mobile about cancelling my contract. I get told I must go to a branch, when I get there get told I must phone. PATHETIC service. And no-one is interested in helping me. I WILL NEVER TAKE OUT ANOTHER VIRGIN MOBILE CONTRACT AGAIN. Service is terrible.
