No service!!

I have had constant issues with Virgin mobile, since day one there have been many things that i cant stand, never answer their phones is the most annoying right now, my phone was 2 weeks ago and i had it insured with my own broker, i have received my phone and i am trying to do a sim swop, i can apparently do this over the phone which i am attempting to do, 10 minutes on the line and i gave up, tried again and held for another 10 Minutes then the line just went dead... i phoned head office that just put me through to the same line, another 10 minutes later a lady answered, i was apparently going to be put through to the technical department, this is now where i am, about 8 minutes in and sick of dealing with this company, i will never never work with Virgin again after 4 months of issues, once this contract is done, they can forget me and my number!!! My Girlfriend is also on Virgin, and she has had the same type of service, or should i say no service at all! do yourself a favour and stay as far away from them as you can!!! Pay more but go to a real service provider.
