Re-books of faulty phone

Dear Peter

My phone was returned on 13 March 2013, but still I do not see any changes. VMSA phoned to check whether I've received a phone, wherether I'm satisfied with the repairs. I told her that though it's still early to call on the 14 March 2013, I just realise that the phone has got a problem with network, can show bluetooth of other phone but cannot transfer data. Baterry this morning around 08:00, went off while put it was on charger from 00:00 till the morning. It's on charger as I speak. the consultant said I have to re-book again and for 4th times, if it is not repaired, they'll give me another fone. If it is 4times, they will still debit from my account as per breach of contract. 1st booking took close to a month and if you count this period for 4times, it will be 2months. I'll be paying my account but using a useless phone that can receive, make outgoing calls and smsing only. This means that in 24months of contract I'll be using a faulty phone for 20months. This is not good services.
