I purchased a NEW Nokia C2-05 from PEP, Van Wyk Louw drive, Parkrand on 13-04-2013, read the instructions, and started using it. When it required recharging after 11 days, I got the message 'charger not supported'. That means that the phone was faulty when I bought it. I returned to the store on 28-04-2013 at about 12.00pm, they tested it with a different charger, and only to be told that they have to send it in for repairs. I asked to speak to the manager, but he was not in, and nothing else, but return the phone to the manufacturer, was an option. For the past 4 years, all my cell phone, tablet and airtime deals went through PEP. This is not the attitude I need. I purchased a NEW phone, not a faulty phone, and I do not want a repaired phone 2 weeks down the line.
