I have a samsung S2 which is still under warranty. It has been giving me endless problems. I took the handset thrice for repairs directly to samsung. I received feedback that the charger 'might' be faulty. They then advised me that its the charging block. They 'fixed' the phone, however a week later had the same problem. I sent the phone to MTN, the phone is still not repaired. I am so fed up having to run back and fourth. I have the box with ref no. Confirming the that the phone was repaired. I asked the staff member @ MTN to discard the charger as it was faulty. This is now the fourth time my phone is supposedly being repaired. Officially off!!!
