I phoned Nashuamobile just now as I need to cancel one of my cellphone contracts, but after being given the wrong option by their answering service (it said I should select option 8 and when someone answered, she said that the options on the menu are invalid and she would transfer me to the customer service desk). 30 Minutes later, I eventually hung up, as I cannot sit on the phone the whole day hoping that someone might just by luck answer it. Their website is even worse - and has been since they started a website. It is so slow that you forget what you were looking for by the time it takes you to the next page. Really terrible, terrible service!
