I have, previously, been poorly treated at MTN Kloof and made a complaint via Hello Peter. My complaint was quickly and successfully resolved. With that as a backdrop, I want to commend both Nobuhle and Mohamed at MTN Kloof for 'going the extra mile' yesterday when obtaining a new phone for one of the members of our organisation. They were both most respectful and helpful, but added a little humour too. Well done you two!
