I have applied for advance on my bond and Thabang was handling my application that I thought it was captured only to find out I was thinking so.

I went to bank so many times regarding the feedback and I was told my application status is on pending without even looking on the system. He didn't even ask for my ID.

I was running like a headless chicken and today when I go to the bank Thabang is not at work.

I am not impressed with the service I got from him. He promised to call me yesterday and he didn't get back to me.

I am a loyal client of Absa but things like this Make you think otherwise.

I went to the nearest back to check if they see my application on the system, but only to find it was not captured. So this mean He was lying when he says my application is on pending?
