NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had the displeasure of having to wait now for TWO items to arrive in stock at the cresta branch!
First issue was when i signed up for my samsung tablet (vodacom 4 u branch). there were no SD cards available - i waited over a month for this to arrive due to "supplier issues". they never called or updated me, i went in several times to check when it would arrive and their attitude in general was rude and unhelpful.
Second issue is now with vodacom repairs store, i ordered a samsung galazy s2 battery 2 weeks ago, no response. i call today, firstly the business card i was given had a number that when answered it was a friend who didnt work at vodacom, when i asked to speak to the correct person, she was apparently sick - it sounded like they were having a party in the background! when i finally got through to the landline at the branch the woman said that:
1. they are having supplier issues - seriously!! do vodacom not pay their bills?
2. she couldnt tell me how long i would have to wait
3. when i asked if she could check another branch and have it delivered to cresta - they dont do that anymore.
I'm fed up with bad service, rude attitudes and general unwillingness to help!
