Once again, dealing with Vodacom is a nightmare. We sent in signed copies, letter and everything else that was needed to downgrade a contract beginning of July. When I queried this last week I was told that it wasn't done. Tasia at Cresta branch asked me to resend her the forms etc which I did this Monday. I have been trying to follow up. Today I get an email saying we need to come back into the store to sign papers.
These papers were sent beginning of July. Why must I the customer be inconvenienced by the poor or lack of service received from Vodacom.
Would like a senior person to contact me to sort this out...
