Cell C's Pathetic way to solve my problem

After my complaint to Hello Peter on 12 March 2013, Cell C promised me Tshepo will contact me. What I did received was an email from Bridgette Moruakgomo with the following: "We apologise for the error of coverage, may you receive network log sheet please fill it and send back to [Email Removed] for assist you" Now sorry, maybe I'm blond but I don't understand the email... May you receive network log sheet: Is she asking my permission to send one? Was there supposed to be one attached to the email that I needed to complete? I email her back with the same questions, but no respond and do I need to mention she works for the Written Communication department... really??? Until today, my problem is still not solved.
