I took my phone in for repairs on Monday, this is my second blackberry bought from Vodacom which has had to go in for repairs. I am still waiting 5 days later for it to be returned, all they need to still do, apparently is change the cover. Why does it take 5 days to change a cover. Vincent from Vodacom Cresta repair center promised to get back to me after I called him today in half an hour. I am still waiting for your call Vincent.
I pay for a phone I can't use, this is the second time I have not had a phone because I have to wait for you. Yet I still have to pay you every month. You never wait for my money. I don't care about your supplier issues, that's between you and the supplier, not me. If they don't have stock, that's your problem, not mine. I bought my phone from you and not them.
Fix my phone and at least call back when you say you will.
