I went the bank on 13'th of November to update my pin number inorder to buy airtime from my cellphone. A day later my cellphone sim card was rejected and not working for the entire day, I changed my sim card on the 15'th only to find that a sim card swap had already been done on my number. During that time money was transferred to another account without my knowledge because my phone was not working since the time I have been to the bank. I Approached the bank on the15/11 and informed them about my crisis, bank statement revealed that money had been withdrawn from my account. Police case have been open. I was told that investigations are taking place, today (19/11) there are still no where with my case. They have not offered me claim forms, in the mean time. I am really disappointed with the way the case has been handled, Instead I was told that this was propably my negligence. I m suscepting that the person I met on the 13/11/13 in the bank to update my pin is the one responsible for my ordeal.
