Vodacoms contribution to Rhino poaching

Vodacom, through their completely erratic and unreliable service ensure that important calls dont get through. I run an anti poaching operation and need to be in contact with my crew at all times. Given that I live in a 100% cell coverage area, I am dumbfounded by the regularity with which my service does not work. I have asked, pleaded and demanded that the problems be recrified yet nothing happens. You eventually get some useless clot who says they will look into the problem and then absolutely nothing happens. I can say as a matter of fact I have kogged well over 70 complaints and the response is always the same and the person who replies doesnt possess sufficient initiative nor authority to offer a sensible solution. In fact any solution would be nice. I have missed calls (without knowing) where I have not been able to deploy my crew on reported incidents. Pathetic - well done Vodacom! Tonight I cannot call 111 or 114 in order to report the problem either which really begs the question, does anyome at Vodacom have the slightest idea what they are doing?
