Dear Vodacom, this is the 11th report I am submitting. It seems to me you are enjoying the negative comments I keep posting. I would like to inform you that I have been using my Blackberry the same way I always have for the last FIVE YEARS (& can I add I have been a customer for 17 years, which I have stressed over & over), for some reason you felt is was okay to charge me for "internet usage", a service I thought was included in my BIS subscription. I am totally bewildered as to how these internet charges came about as I have been using the device for the same reasons I have always used it, I have done nothing out of the ordinary, I have not been blocked from any websites whilst browsing the internet on my device, yet since I complained about these charges, got a tiny credit of R105 (which you feel is sufficient for over 2 years of debiting my account) the internet charges have miraculously stopped. Yet, I am still visiting the same websites, watched the odd You Tube video, use Whats app almost daily, BBM, emails & occasionally, when it works, I use the GPS app. NOW YOU TELL ME, WHAT IS WRONG HERE? I want to upgrade my contract BUT I am too scared to because you guys have
