My Telkom line and ADSL went down last week Tuesday and after calling Telkom I was told that a technician would be dispatched.
On Thursday i called to follow up just to be told that the technician logged the problem as fixed but it obviously was not. I have since called everyday and twice today already only to be told that they have escalated the fault as urgent but as of yet it hasn't been given to a technician.
I use the ADSL for my business so I haven't been able to operate for almost a week now - can somebody from Telkom please get back to me ASAP to help me resolve this problem?
