I handed my HTC cellphone in on the 22/5/2013 at the Galleria store for repairs. The phone was then still under guarentee. They contacted me two weeks later to produce proof of purchase. Which I did on the same day. Two weeks later they informed me that they need the sim tray otherwise the phone cannot be repaired. I took it to them. Two weeks later I phoned them enquiring about the phone. They referred me to the HV RC - technical devision who informed me that they do not have my phone. They were still waiting for the sim tray. I went back to the shop on numerous occasions - they informed me that it is with the technicians. On the other hand the technicians informed me that they do not have my phone!!! I have been send from pillar to post for the last 12 WEEKS without any explanation. They promised to come back to me but they never return my phone calls!!! If I visit the store they inform me they will come back to me. I have never seen such imcompetence and unwilligness to assist. Nobody is prepared to go the extra mile to asist me. And I am without a phone for which I am paying!!!
