I am very unhappy with the service received and i expect immediate feedback which I have never received from this branch. I upgraded my contract on the open line and was told I can change to top up if decide as I was unsure which to take. I went back 2 days after to change which was horrific service I received as it took more than a month to do if not longer and I have now received a bill of a R1000 which I advised I will dispute this cause seems like I'm being billed for both change overs and would like an explanation asap... I have to always message and call mtn which they have bad communication skills with their clientele. I also advised Anele if I get a high bill I am not going to be a happy client and so this has happened. They are easy to sign you up but so bad at follow up service and giving good service and this i have not received.
I would appreciate feedback and this bill to be sorted asap as there is more bad news to this story!
