I have upgraded to an iPhone 5 en of March this year. Around Easter weekend, April, this year, I received an sms that my account bill is standing at R2000. I phoned Autopage call centre, and asked them waht is going on. The person I spoketo told me I must have downloaded videos/music or something. I told him i did not download anything, so he/she (cant remember the gender) told me maybe my kids did. I felt offended by this remark. Long story short, he/she could not tell me how my bill can be R2000 already. After easter weekend i phoned again, same story, could not assist me. Told them I will not pay this bill untill they can proof to me all these downloads they insist i did. End of the month I received a bill of almost R5000. I phoned again, this time I finally found someone that could assist. We went thru the settings on my phone, and it appeared that all updates were "on", so the phone updated, 24/7. After the lady helped me to change the settings, the bill for the next month was normal. Still sitting with this high bill now, and they are not prepared to take responsibility. Keep on saying they will phone back but never do. "Tuniel" was the last person i spoke to this morning.
