Mtn
Misrepresentation

On the 6th day of March 2013, I decided to upgrade my BlackBerry Torch, which was long overdue already. So, I called the store on 0838696920 & was assisted by Minah who asked what as to what phone I was looking for and my answer was the IPhone, as an Mtn consultant, I then asked her which one between the IPhone or BB Z10 was better. She advised me that with the IPhone, it'll be a bit costly to maintain as I'd have to pay for everything. Having used the Blackberry before & because I was familiar with it, I had no choice but to stick to what I knew. Minah advised me that because my contract had an amount due, I had to pay R 59.00. I paid R 440 instead & had to wait until the amount was showing on their side. The following day on the 8th, I was then advised by the store that I needed to pay R 57.00 more before I could updagrade on the 8th of March. Came yesterday when I tried to access internet and send emails I saw I had a R0.00 bal. from R 150. Spoke to Yasmeen & Nteba @808 & 0831444 who explained to me that the BB 10 worked exacly like IPhone (my initial interest). Now, when I need to exchange back to IPhone, not only do they deny having said that but they tell me of 7days elapsed.
