It's been a week since I was phoned, the lady said she will find out why I have not received my refund. I am still waiting for her response. I am still owed R960 by Cell C, I have waited 2 months now and I have run out of patience for Cell C, you have til the end of march to give all my money back, otherwise I will go to the consumer commission, and I will also get lawyers involved. It's not that much to ask that I get refunded for something that was not my fault, I returned everything within 7 days of purchase, you have taken 2 months so far and there have been no results.
