Billing for services that are not part of contract

During the month of January I upgrade my cellphone contract with nashua mobile, I had discussed the contract with Jacob Letwala in the retentions / upgrades division. I needed to port my number from one provider to another provider which would be done on the 29th of the month.

The contract catered for a device (which would not be billed for). When i looked at my bank account Nashua had billed for the device ( /- R3700) and for the month that I had not used the phone due to porting.

I was told that the payment would be made back into my account on the 15th March.
Nashua has also double billed on some items for the period. I have contacted Nashua - Jacob via telephone request that they pay the amount back and that they confirm when it will be refunded.

To date nothing has been done.
