I am bieng billed for 2X hardware subsidy

I've been with nashua mobile for almost 6 years and I've done 2 upgrades already and my nightmare is strting with my 3rd one. last month I was billed for R59 BIS that was never billed before as it was inclusive on the package and if I ask who gave the authorisation there is no answer they just credited it back, yet this month it is billed again and when I called I'm being told that it will be credited and removed. Nashua mobile has been sending SMSes from january 2013 that my cell number is due for an upgrade. confirmed with Jaishal. because the phone I wanted was too expensive I did not upgrade then and on the 16th of Jult I spoke to Tebogo who advised me that im on the month on month as my contract expired on the 21st of December 2012 still the phone was too expensive and in October my phone broke and I called Nashua and spoke to Martin who sent me their specials and I decided to take the phone and migrated to anytime 200 and got the phone on the 17th, on the 28th I got soft locked for no reason. I'm now being billed for 2X hardware subsidies and the consulted told me that nushua mobile can change their terms and conditions without notifying. I want them to come fetch the phone
