Billing Is the Responsibility Of CLient

Nashua has billed R 10 postage fee to my account every month. The statements are emailed. Hence why this amount is. I have queried this for the second time and Nashua has credited R 70 - therefore they have accepted guilt. Here is the snag - Nashua believes it is the customers' responsibiltiy to check their accounts and report Nashua's' activities back to them within 6 months.

is and if Nashua has incorrectly billed funds - they should legally pay it back.
