I previously reported that I was having problems with Nashua Mobile. Not only were they not downloading data in accordance with my contract but they were overcharging me. Thanks to the efforts of Nicolene I am pleased to report that the correct amount of data was transferred at the end of last month and the credit has been passed so that I will have nothing to pay for the next two months. Its not often you get this sort of service and she really deserves to receive recognition for her professional attitude. Best wishes to her and I am pleased to use this facility to post a compliment, for a change!!
