I ordered a nexus 7 with 3G from a Nashua Mobile franchise in Durban.
Firstly, the device arrived almost a week after promised.
More importantly, it was Wi-Fi only.
The device was returned to the franchise the same day and the contract cancelled in writing.
Next thing I get billed R5k for the device (meanwhile I had purchased a 3G version for R3.5k) and R1.1k for cancelling the contract???
Eventually the R5k was refunded but Nashua Mobile refuse to refund the cancellation fee on the spurious grounds that there is no cooling off period for contracts done in stores???
They obviously choose to ignore the fact that the initial breach of contract came from them by supplying the incorrect product.
It is impossible to make contact with anybody in this sad company who can make a simple decision.
KEEP AWAY FROM NASHUA MOBILE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
