I am a VERY frustrated Cell C Customer... Tomorrow will be 2 weeks that I am unable to use any of my BIS services (BB Curve 9300). I have phoned the call centre and technical department more than 10 times already, been to a Cell C shop to do a SIM upgrade - and still no BIS. Although the call centre and technical department are very friendly and helpful, they are not able to sort out my problem. I have been at Cell C for more than 10 years and if this is the way they treat their loyal customers...??? Really feel this is unacceptable, I am paying for a service I can not use and by having to sms and phone (instead of BBM /what's app) now I will probably get a big bill as well
