BB Biz is down again. When you phone the call centre the only response you get is there is apparently a problem as the clients are phoning in but the technical department has not communicated any error yet (apparently they are not available as they only work working hours) but they are working on the problem. Not available, not communicated any error but working on the problem. Last time there was a problem the biz was down for almost two months. My biz has been paid with my contract, the money cant be refunded, so we pay for a service we dont have. The response from cell c call centre at that time was get another service provider. Customer services is a laugh. No one knows what is going on and the call centre is usually unable and or unwilling to help.
