Totally unacceptable

Hi

I took a contract out with Celll C on a I-Phone 4S Top Up 100 in March after being a loyal client with another cellphone provider for over 8 Years.

After having the I-Phone 4S for around 4 months it started giving problems where i had no use of the Audio device of the phone. I went to my local branch and they send it towards your technical department and told me it should be back from repairs in 21 working days. 5 weeks later I went to Cell C and received a "New I-phone" as the sales representative told me when in fact it was actually a refurbished phone as it was already set up.

60 days after I recieved my "New I-Phone 4S" it started heating up at which point I could not hold it in my hand and it would not charge at all. After taking it in today I and requesting a New Phone I was told that it would be sent up to your technical department again to be fixed or replaced. I have a problem with that and is totally unacceptable and means the following

1.total of 10 weeks without a phone i'm paying for
2.They will replace my handset with another refurbished one and which is likely to break again

Please resolve this matter as i'm really upset with the service from Cell C.
