IMessage and FaceTime not working

After taking delivery of my iPhone 5, after porting from MTN, I have been unable to successfully activate both iMessage and FaceTime.

I have contacted the Cell C technical department and am given directions that do not solve my problem.

Could a competent technical person please call me to assist with my problem.
