For 3 weeks I have been waiting to hear back from Cell C's technical department regarding the signal on my blackberry. I logged a complaint on February 14th that I could not hear conversations on my phone, not even the customer care calls!!! No one has responded to any of the calls made to rectify this. This has been reported FOUR TIMES and not one phone call back. Absolutely shocking from Cell C's technical side!! (although customer care helpful). I am paying for this service and I cannot even use it properly! This is how I communicate for my business & I cannot even make a decent phone call.
