On the 19/12/12 I saw a vodacom contract being advertised for R229. The deal included a blackberry 9300 and a laptop notebook (R3999) on a 24 month contract. After filling in all the paperwork and being approved they informed me that the contract was for R299. I showed them that the contract was advertised for R229 using the same advertisement pages on their counter that was in the local news paper. They said it was a printing error by vodacom. I needed a phone urgently so I took the contract but later complained on the vodacom internet site about this issue. They responded and said I senior consultant will contact me. Rashieda Jattiem contact me later and I have been emailing ever since with no outcome. I was informed last week that a Marius will call me urgently with feedback but I have not heared anything. Its almost a month now and I still have no answer. Is that how they treat all their loyal customers?
