Incorrect contract package

I would like to log a complaint about Vodacom - i took a 24 month contract in Nov 2012 with them which is a Blackberry phone and a laptop which i was told its for R229.00 every month for 24 months. The package consists of 75 minutes for calls during peak and 100mb units of data per month. As from November 2013 i started not to receive the data on which when i called last week was told that it had been escaleted. I then got an sms advising that i was entitled to 12 units of data not 24... This is ridiculous as the contact i signed indicated that its for 24 months. This is daylight
