Sim Card Activation

My phone was and I was fortunately due for an upgrade. When it was I naturally blocked the card. I was told that the card had to be activated before I could upgrade. This was supposedly done telephonically. Got the new phone only to find out the SIM card had not been activated. Countless calls to Cell C direct, e mails and trips to Cell C Clearwater with no luck. Absolutely useless. Bianca at Clearwater Mall is rude, obnoxious and incompetent. Useless beyond words. How she made it to a front line staff position is beyond me.
