ACTIVATION OF SIM CARD

I received my Cell C Upgrade on Thursday, 10 January 2013 and have been trying to activate my sim card since then!!!

Numerous calls have been made to the call centre at 084 145 (option 3), and surprisingly, ALL THAT HAPPENS IS YOU GET PLACED ON HOLD!! Funny enough, when you want to apply for a new contract, they answer your call within seconds!

Does Cell C not want business??!!
